Shipping –
We ship to the US and Internationally, however please contact us for
international or non continental US shipping quotes. All items are
inspected prior to shipping and are insured if requested. We ship unframed
art to the Continental US flat at $9.95 or tube at $4.95 depending on
customer request. Insurance can be added to unframed art for $2. Please
contact us for framed shipping and insurance quotes.

Return Policy -
We at FirePrints.com pride ourselves
on quality control. We carefully inspect each and every item as we receive
it from the manufacturer/artist and again prior to shipping. We take great
care in packaging all of our products and 99% of all our shipments arrive
unharmed, in the event you do receive a package that was damaged in shipping
and you had it insured please contact us so we may start the replacement
process. We guarantee all items to be free from damage prior to shipping.
We will only accept returns for items that have been damaged during shipping
and were insured or in the rare event that you receive an incorrect item.
You must contact us within 14 days of the shipping date with the reason for
return prior to returning a product so you can obtain your RMA number
(Return Merchandise Assurance), all products without a RMA number will not
be accepted.
