This Once-In-A-Lifetime photo known as "Elk Bath" or "Montana Fire" was taken in August 2000 by John McColgan 

of the Alaskan Type 1 Incident Management Team on the East Fork of the Bitterroot River in the Bitterroot National Forest.  The photographer is a fire behavior analyst in Alaska and took the photo with a digital camera.  Due to the size 

of the original photo it is only available in the size below so as to not distort the image.  Picture is available custom framed in your choice genuine hardwood cherry, oak, or black poplar.
